After you submit your request, our Student Success team will review it as quickly as possible. You will also receive a confirmation email that we received it.
It typically takes under 24 hours for us to do one of three things:
- Confirm we can help with your request and send pricing for your review and verification.
- Reach out to you via call, email, text or a combination of the three to clarify any questions you or we may have about your request for help.
- Let you know we cannot assist you with your request with a corresponding reason and any possible next steps.
